We experienced temporary, periodic service outages yesterday, Friday 28th of January 2011 between 1pm and 4pm AEST (view in your timezone). These outages were due to server issues at our internet service provider’s data centre. The root cause was an underperforming hard drive in a RAID array that has now been replaced.
Your data is safe, however please get in touch if your work was disrupted by these outages.
We are talking to our ISP to prevent similar incidents in the future and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience.
