We have just received an unscheduled network maintenance notification from our internet service provider that will affect the availability of the Naview service today Monday 31 January 2011:
In order to continue providing our same high level of service, we will be completing emergency maintenance on the server that houses your website.
MAINTENANCE WINDOW: Monday 31st January 2011 08:00 PM – 11:00 PM AEST
EXPECTED OUTAGE/DOWNTIME: 1 – 3 Hours
SERVICES IMPACTED: During the maintenance all Services on the node will be unavailablePlease accept on sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused.
The maintenance window in other timezones (courtesy TimeAndDate.com):
- Los Angeles (GMT-8): Mon 1am – 4am
- New York (GMT-5): Mon 4am – 7am
- London (GMT): Mon 9am – 12pm
- Melbourne (GMT+11): Mon 8pm – Mon 11pm
You may not be able to access Naview at all or experience slow page load times until the maintenance is completed and the underlying issues with the server hardware are resolved.
We apologise for the very late notice, and as mentioned in the previous post we are currently reviewing our hosting arrangements as the current level of availability is just not good enough.
